In this way it is possible to print complete manuals, or you can print the certificates that belong to certain products. With the powerful search engine in ProMaSys you can retrieve product selections, based on the product properties you've stored in the database. It is not necessary to spend more than one time, searching in a pile of product catalogues. You only have to add it once in ProMaSys, and retrieve it when you need it, while later on you can add your know how to the product by means of remarks. CompatibilityProMaSys is based on MS® Access 97 database tables. These tables can share its data with other application that are compatible with MS®Access 97.You can share the data for example with AutoCAD®, MS®Office, and different other applications. It is also possible to convert existing databases or spread sheets to the ProMaSys database. Why use ProMaSys?Every person or unit who works with products that are frequently used in their business can save time and money by storing their product information in ProMaSys.After a period of time (filling the database), you will gain lots of time when you have to search for products. Plus time will be saved when you eventually want to order them. Different modules can serve u when creating your material list, order the products, create datasheets for every item etc. If you are a supplier of components, you might even want to promote it on the internet. ProMaSys can create those html files for you...with the information stored in the database.
